12th April confirmation

Reflexology is back!

At last we can resume our profession on 12th April 2021.

My clinic is open again on 12th, and I am so excited to see my clients again. Covid-19 guidelines are still in place.

While I have been unable to work, I have been updating myself on new procedures and practices, and reading the latest reflexology research. One of these is below, for your information. If you know anyone who lives with MS, this may be of interest to them.

Please contact me if you are interested in learning more about how reflexology can help you.

See you soon!

Reflexology Research

Some exciting research published in March 2021 shows that reflexology reduces pain and fatigue in patients with Multiple Sclerosis. It also helps to improve their quality of life.

Reflexology – Essential Service

In the reflexology community we have found this lockdown hard because we have not been able to be there for our clients. At a time when stress and anxiety has been at an all-time high, our services would have been most valuable. And yet we are not deemed as an essential service. Yet. With more research, like the one above, and more word-of-mouth, we hope this will change in the future. Chiropodists and Podiatrists have been able to carry on, under Covid-19 guidelines. Reflexologists want to give the same level of continued support too.

Back to work

As we return, on 12th April 2021, reflexologists will welcome back our clients, give them our care and nurture, and get them back on track with their well-being. This is something we want to be able to do continually. Hopefully one day this will be so. In the meantime we will be quietly offering our support, our care, and our compassion.
